Sheepsbere Bay is a radio series that follows the lives of locals at The Whale & Anchor, a pub in a fictional Dorset seaside town that is struggling in the current economic climate. Audio Factory has produced the comedy/drama pilot on behalf of Somerset based writer and director John Stephens, who has brought together a fantastic cast from across the South West.
Sheepsbere Bay is a funny and warm, albeit crude comedy with colourful characters that provide plenty of laughs. The pilot will initially be made available to download in podcast format with a view to being commissioned for radio. Recording took place on September 13th, 2011 and the episode is now available to download or stream on our website.
